What is Portal?
Your client’s one account for every service you provide: their health plan, their tax return and their documents. It lives at portal.snowai.app.
How do I invite a client?
By link. Send it, and when your client opens it their account is already there.
What if my client has no email address?
Keep their account anyway. You can add them without an email and invite them to take it over later.
Which languages can my clients use?
English, Spanish and Hindi.
Can I see what my client sees?
Client view in CRM will show you exactly their screen, read-only and audited, even before they have a login. It is being built now.
How is my clients’ health and tax information kept?
Portal is built to HIPAA’s standard. Health records and tax records are each locked under their own key, and no staff role can open them.
Can clients sign and pay in Portal?
Yes. Documents to sign come through Sign, including Form 8879 for their tax return. Invoices come with a pay link through Stripe, and the receipt is kept.
Will Portal send text messages?
Texts through Twilio are not switched on yet.
